Visit Liberty Mills Farm in Somerset Va, just 30 minutes from Charlottesville.
What a GREAT way to spend an afternoon!
Liberty Mills Farm is home to Virginia's largest corn maze! They have a maze for all skills levels, an easy maze for beginners like me, an intermediate for the skilled and a rally hard maze for those who have at least a couple of hours to find their way out. Since we had the little one we took the easy, lol. Actually I just knew I wouldn't get through the hard one. I'm directionally challenged. As you go through the corn maze there are fun facts posted randomly and you will be given a puzzle to solve. Lots of fun! 
You'll take a hay ride out to the pumpkin patch to choose that perfect pumpkin, or three.
The is a nice little play area for the little ones with a tunnel to run through, hay bales to leap across, cornhole games & pumpkin bowling.
Cant wait to come back for strawberry picking in the spring!
